Invited by Kitamura-kiden Co., Ltd.( known as Kitamura), Mr. Yinfa Meng, President of SIH, visited the company located in Chino city, Nagano prefecture, Japan in Jul. 24th, 2017, and he was welcomed by Mr. Katsuhiko Kodaira, President of Kitamura-kiden, at Chino station. According to the Instruction of board of directors of Shanghai SK Transformer Co., Ltd. ( joint venture, known as SK), both sides had a in-depth exchange and discussion on actively promoting the capitalization of SK. They agreed that it is the common aspiration of all shareholders to push forward the capitalization, thus expressed the willingness to try their best. In addition, they had reached a preliminary consensus on further resolving the issues about horizontal competition in the industry. Finally, Mr. Kodaira happily recalled the development of SK in last twenty years, to which, he was gratified by his devotion of power and emotion. Mr. Jianwei Tao, President Assistant of SIH and Mr. Masashige Kodaira, member of the board of directors of Kitamura-kiden attended the meeting and accompanied presidents to visit the factory.
