The 1st Session of 7th Board of Directors of China Jinshan Associated Trading Corp. (known as CJATC) and Shareholder’s Meeting presided over by Mr. Meiyun Zhou, newly elected Chairman of CJATC, and Vice-President of Shanghai Petro-chemical Group was held in the conference-room in Shanghai Huamin Building in Jul. 3rd 2017. The meeting adopted the working outline of 2017, and appointed a new management team, thus completed all agendas successfully. The board of directors highly appreciated the cooperation with SIH, and wishes to deepen the cooperation for mutual benefit and reciprocity, therefore, to further develop the petro-chemical business! Mr. Henggang Hu, Vice-chairman of CJATC, Vice-president and CFO of SINOPEC East China Sales Company stressed that CJATC had to innovate the mechanism, to reform the business mode, to be bold in reformation and to reinvigorate the operation. Mr. Yinfa Meng, newly elected Director of CJATD, President of SIH also attended meeting.
