Aug. 1993 SIH was founded with JY 100 million as the registered capital, at the address of 7-10 , Toranomon 3-Chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan. Shanghai Office was established at the same time.
Aug. 1993 Mr. Pinfang Yu. was appointed as the first President.
Sept. 1993 With Kitamura Kiden Group and other partners, SIH invested in and established Shanghai SK Transformer Co.,Ltd.
Mar. 1996 SIH participated in the residential area building project of “Shanghai Spring City”.
Nov. 1996 SIH was removed to F7 Mori 33 Bldg, Toranomon, Minato-ku,Tokyo
Jul. 1996 Mr. Bingsun Lu was appointed as the second President.
Nov. 1996 SIH was removed to Mori 33 Bldg, Toranomon, Minato-ku,Tokyo
May 1997 SIH participated in and was awarded 11 contracts of the construction project of Pudong International Airport in Shanghai.
Aug. 2000 SIH was elected the Vice-Chairman of the Association of Chinese Enterprises in Japan
Aug. 2002 The new equity was injected into SIH by SIIC, SIIG, INESA and SCIP, and the registered capital reached JY 490 million.
Oct. 2002 SIH invested in SCIP as a partner.
Dec. 2003 SIH purchased a building at the address of Shinkawa, Chuo-ku,Tokyo, as a new office.
Sept. 2004 SIH obtained the franchise trademark right, as F-ONE was held successfully in Shanghai.
Oct. 2005 SIH solely invested in and established Shanghai International Commercial Co., Ltd. as its subsidiary.
Dec. 2005 SIH assisted and invested in ORIX (China) Co., Ltd as a partner with ORIX Corporation.
Nov. 2007 SIH purchased a premises at address of 285 Changshou Rd., Shanghai as the new space for Shanghai Office.
Jun. 2008 Mr. Yinfa Meng was appointed as the third President.
Oct. 2008 SIH participated in the Expansion Project of Hongqiao International Airport in Shanghai.
Aug. 2010 SIH sponsored the performances of a opera named as “CHA” in Japan, inspired by the Shanghai World Expo 2010 .
Sept. 2012 SIH was appointed as a member of the Organizing Committee for “China Culture Festival” in Tokyo, commemorating the 40th anniversary of The Normalization of Diplomatic tie between China and Japan.
Nov. 2015 Sponsorship for the performance of China Philharmonic Orchestra in Japan.
Dec. 2015 Sponsorship for the photography contest about Japanese travelling China.
Jul. 2016 Capital increase for Shanghai International Commercial Co., Ltd. was approved by the Government.
Oct.2017 Sponsorship for China Festival 2017 commemorating the 45th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic ties between China and Japan.
