The continuous fall rain swept away just after No. 21th typhoon had left Kanto area, thus　 the refreshing atmosphere appeared under the bright sunshine. A group of Mizuho Bank 　headed by Mr. Tetsuya Teshima, Mizuho Bank (China) , Ltd. General Maneger of Corporate Banking Dept. No.4 & FI Dept. with the members of Kamiyacho Branch visited SIH in Oct.　23rd, 2017.Both sides had a full discussion on the topics about cooperation between bank and enterprise,also exchanged views for the new opportunity of cooperation in coming 2018. They also agreed that with the Japanese politics tended to be stable, the non-governmental exchange have been becoming frequent increasingly and good tendency of economic cooperation have merged continuously, therefore the new opportunity of cooperation between bank and enterprise will appeared.

First of all, Mr. Yinfa Meng, President of SIH appreciated the long-term support from Mizuho Bank, and presented the business situation in last few years. He briefly introduced the implementation ideas and measures for the new strategy---“Further internationalization and deeper capitalization” of SIIC, the major owner of SIH. Mr. Meng hoped that two sides would further promote the level and quality of cooperation.

Mr. Tetsuya Teshima said that Mizuho financial group would support the business development strategy of SIH in all aspects and further strengthen the bilateral cooperation and look for new space in cooperation thus expect the new greater breakthrough in 2018.

Two sides agreed to meet again in Tokyo in late 2017 to further discuss the related topics.
