The 2nd session of the 5th Board of Directors of Shanghai SK Transformer Co., Ltd. (referred as SK) was held in conference room of the company in March 23rd 2017, being presided over by Mr. Meng Yinfa, President of SIH, also attended by the all directors and supervisors.

The meeting discussed and adopted the performance review of 2016 and working plan of 2017, as well as nine issues, such as “The resolution about that Huatai Securities will be the broker for listing declaration” etc. submitted by the management. The directors fully affirmed that the performance of 2016 was remarkably promoted, and then, hoped that the management system construction would be intensified further, moreover, the management would concentrated on the core products, and upgraded the core-competitiveness. Meanwhile, the management should fully grasp the opportunity in capital market to accelerate listing process, and lay the foundation for next round of development based on the integration of industry and finance capital.

Finally, Mr. Meng summarized the suggestions and opinions of the directors, also arranged major work of 2017 for the management.
