Shanghai International Commercial Co., Ltd. (known as SICC) wholly invested by SIH was approved by the Ministry of Commerce of China and opened in Jan. 20th, 2006. SICC would be an external window for SIH to be integrated into the trend of changing economic development, for Shanghai state-owned enterprises to go abroad, thus to promote economic, technological, cultural exchange and cooperation between China and Japan.
